Some Historic Scout Photos part 2!!

Scouting in Maldives Celebrated its 50 years anniversary in 2007. Scouting we see today had been brought to us by a lot of hard work and dedication by a lot of Scouters. Without there support and guidance there would have been no SCOUT ASSOCIATION nor SCOUTING in the country. We owe a great deal to these Scouters!!! Every Scout should salute the work they had done for this Movement. Every Scout should appreciate what they had done for the movement. Every Scout Should remember them as the founding fathers of Scouting in MALDIVES!!! Some Historic Scout Photos!!

A lot of people today forget about the Scouters of Maldives who pioneered the Maldivian Scout Movement. Sometimes I feel like some people just don't want to talk about those times. when things were actually much better and more organised than it is now. What can I say? I am just an Observer. I am not on any ones side or trying to defend anyone. but I think we should remember these OLD DAYS and LEARN FROM those experiences and times. "The study of nature brings into a harmonious whole the question of the infinite, the historic and the microscopic as part of the Great Creator's work. And in these, sex and reproduction play an honored part." "The wonder to me of all wonders is how some teachers have neglected Nature study, this easy and unfailing means of education , and have struggled to impose Biblical instruction as the first step towards getting a restless, full-spirited boy to think of higher things." "When a Wolf Cub hears the words "Nature study" his first thought is about school collections of dried leaves, but real Nature study means a great deal more than this; it means knowing about everything that is not made by man, but is created by God."
